Terms of Use

1. The deal

By creating an account you agree to these terms. mydaiii is provided free of charge, "as-is", and may be updated at any time.

2. Your account

You must be 13+ to use mydaiii. You're responsible for what you post. Don't impersonate other people, and don't share login details with anyone.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of every video, photo, message, and comment you create. You grant mydaiii a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, transcode, and distribute that content within the app and on your shared mydaiii web links — only as needed to run the service.

4. Don't do these things

• Don't post or share content that's illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that incites violence.
• Don't harass, dox, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to interfere with the service.
• Don't run automated accounts or bots without explicit permission.

We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion when these rules are broken. There's no zero-tolerance / strike count — we'll review reports and act proportionally.

5. No warranty

mydaiii is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep your captures safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost. Keep important footage backed up elsewhere.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
